Having started the company in 1972, Bruce has been a widely recognized real estate developer in South Florida, having owned and developed over 4 Million square feet of office buildings and shopping centers. Under his guidance, PEBB has expanded to become a premier real estate investor and developer on a national scale.
As President, Ian is responsible for formulating and overseeing PEBB’s vision and implementing its strategy. Ian oversees acquisitions, development, leasing and is also responsible for managing all of PEBB’s legal affairs. Ian received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received his Juris Doctorate from Cardozo Law School. Ian is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the International Council of shopping Centers (ICSC).
Rob Truett leads PEBB’s investment efforts and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and underwriting new acquisitions as well as executing on PEBB’s disposition strategy. Additionally, Rob is responsible for securing construction loans and long-term financing for PEBB’s investments. Prior to joining PEBB, Rob worked at Equity One (NYSE: EQY) and oversaw the asset management of a 3.5 Million SF retail portfolio and was involved in a series of retail acquisitions and dispositions totaling over $700 Million. Rob also held various positions with JPMorgan’s Real Estate Investment Management group and with PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York. Rob graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Florida State University and a M.S. in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
Eric oversees all of PEBB’s growth and development activities, including ground up construction, re-development projects, national tenant buildouts, and opportunistic repositioning strategies. Eric is an entrepreneurial-minded real estate executive that brings over 15 years of successful commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining PEBB, Eric served as principal of a vertically integrated real estate platform consisting of real estate investment, brokerage and construction companies focused on value creation opportunities. Earlier in his career, Eric worked for six years at Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM) as Director of Real Estate. He has acquired and repositioned over $500 Million in assets and managed over three Million square feet of commercial properties across the country. Eric graduated with a B.A. in Government and Law from Lafayette College and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from New York University. Additionally, Eric is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, and a Florida Licensed Certified Building Contractor. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Realtors, and the CCIM Institute.
Aaron is responsible for all aspects of leasing including the identification and sourcing of local, regional and national tenants for PEBB’s operating portfolio and redevelopment pipeline. Additionally, Aaron negotiates all lease renewals and strategically aligns PEBB’s growth initiative with leading national retailers who are expanding throughout the country. Prior to joining PEBB, Aaron worked for Phillips Edison in the Charlotte, NC office where he leased a portfolio of redevelopment properties across the Carolinas. Aaron holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Alabama.
